Windows 10: Account violato

Buongiorno,Ieri collegando alla xbox ed al mio pc me ne sono accorto che la mail del mio account è stato cambiato.Qualcuno ha violato il mio account non so come, avevo le protezione anche dal app e se provo a riprendere il mio account dall app dice che sara mandato un codice a questa mail. In qualche modo mi dice pure che il mio account non ò piu esistente.La mia mail al quale era collegato il mio account è *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Account Eliminato / violato

Salve, ieri ho scoperto che un mio account, Felix2_75, è stato violato, ho provato ad inserire di nuovo email e password ma l'email è stata cambiata con "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***". Ho provato tutti i modi per recuperare l'account fino a quando non ho scoperto che chi mi ha eliminato l'account sono stati degli Hacker russi che sono entrati grazie al virus russo chiamato RAMBLER.

Ho provato a contattare un operatore facendo tutto ciò che mi ha spiegato e spiegando tutto l'accaduto. Ho compilato più moduli inserendo tutti i miei dati, ma non è stato sufficente per recuperare l'account. Il mio indirizzo microsoft è stato cambiato in "eloise.dunn.648195@ rambler.ru" impedendomi qualsiasi modo per recuperare l'account. Nell'account avevo acquistato Minecraft Java Edition, Minecraft Bedrock Edition e Minecraft Pocket Edition, collegando tutto al mio account Xbox. Se proprio non è possibile recuperarlo volevo chiedere se per caso potessi trasferire i dati del vecchio account ad uno nuovo.

 

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
