Windows 10: Accounts "Fix Now" feature only brings up a blank window

    Accounts "Fix Now" feature only brings up a blank window


    I got a notification saying I needed to fix an account, so I went into settings to hit the fix now button to fix whatever account needed fixing. When I hit it, the window pops up gray, then gives the "Welcome" and spinning wheel screen for a couple seconds, and then just goes blank. Not sure exactly what the issue is, I did just do a fresh reinstall of Windows 10, but I can't imagine thats the issue. I attatched a picture to show more of what its doing.


    Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue or if you know how to solve it.

    'Turn windows features on or off' showing up blank


    This link here will lead to another site and it shows an older version of Windows. Nevertheless, the suggested fix is applicable in Win10.

    Windows features wouldn't show on windows 10, appears blank!

    I installed windows 10 on my pc, I am trying to enable my .net framework and I understand that the way to go about this is through windows features, however my windows features box appears blank, I can't find the checkbox with all the options, I have followed the steps listed on various websites (run services.msc, enable modules installer if not already enabled etc,) still nothing! I would really appreciate if someone could assist me here. Thanks
