Windows 10: Accounts missing on log in screen

All but one account missing from log in screen. The only one available to login to is my sons so I can’t access any administrator privileges. I need to be able to access the other users. I’ve tried running a few different suggestions but since it’s not an admin account I can’t access most of the settings needed.

Thank you for your quick response, it is appreciated.

My sisters and mothers accounts do not have administrator privileges. Only the account that is missing from the log-in screen has the administrator privileges.

So will steps 1 - 13 that you have posted not work? Should I just goo straight to the link?

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

Your situation could be caused by missing system files, you can try the steps to repair your system first to see if they work:

1. Command Repair

• Search for CMD, find the command prompt, and select Run as administrator.
  
• Enter the following commands one by one, and be sure to complete the previous command before executing the next one.
  

• When the scan is complete, you can check the scan information to see if any problems were detected and fixed.
  

2. Image Repair
