    Hello, have you tried a Windows 7 or 8.1 driver for the webcam? These should work for Windows 10, if yes & they don’t work then try installing the driver in compatibility mode

    If still no luck then there are third-party software sites usually they’re still the older drivers though but these sites aren’t recommended as they usually contain unwanted software like pups.
