Windows 10: Acer Aspire A315-41-R3BW - Modded with 32gb RAM and SSD. Screen and audio hangs. not sure...

I have an Acer aspire A315-41-R3BW - which i replaces the stock RAM with 32gb RAM and the HDD with SSD about 1 year ago. When it is plugged in ONLY, the laptop screen goes black and freezes, in some instances i get a blue screen with various errors but i have not saved them. The latest event happend while i had multiple tabs using chrome open and was on a zoom call, NO BSOD was displayed. Windows event viewer - System - gave the following critical errors:Event 6008, volmgr event 161, Kernel-Power event id 41 category 63, BugCheck event id 1001i am not sure how to attach the memory.dmp file h

Hi Captain.

While I'm not answering your question on a new AV I would suggest as a possible step, upgrading your ram.

Crucial has ram for your device. $40 (not sure about tax or shipping) Your device seems to have one slot so you would need the 4GB stick. As you are using 32bit OS you can only use of 3GB. Crucial says you have one slot for memory and tear down videos seem to confirm this.

Memory is static sensitive. Not as much of an issue when it is humid but still something to be aware of. If you don't want to buy a ground strap touch something that is grounded before starting the procedure and then don't go looking for things. Stay seated and perform. You should be fine.

External ram ??? Even if you could buy you wouldn't have port with sufficient speed to connect.

After Windows updates were interrupted by WiFi outage my Acer Aspire A315-21 wont boot past the logo screen already tried Alt+F10 and power up F2 setting Bios Boot up to Default still when it restarts stops at logo screen no keyboard or pointer control
except Ctrl+ Alt +Del still functions (weird)

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue from you great-minds ? Please don't tell me to re-install the ram . I'm trying not to have to do that, which was one of the suggestions from Acer also to boot up using a USB drive then I have to have another
computer to load the USB Drive
