    Huge problem for me and family!


    work on this Windows 10 64 bit PC


    two teachers require access to work on computer


    downloaded loom app last night - to create teaching videos - and computer failed


    tried every option to restart but get back to same screen


    automatic repair and advanced options do not remedy problem


    would appreciate advice to fix this urgently as 4 members of household relying on the data

    Windows 10 Anniversary update won't install on Acer Aspire AZ1620

    My Acer Aspire C24-760 cannot finish downloading upgrade from ver 5211. Cannot find anyone who knows why?
