Windows 10: Acer Aspire E15-522: Urgent Issue - Please Help

Hello

So today I was playing a Virtual Reality Game called "Second Life" when my whole laptop just froze up and restarted on me without warning or anything I was no where near my laptop when it happened also I was around no lag issues or anyone at all.


I have had the same issue happen with another game called "Perfect World International"


It has also happened to me while watching something on Netflix which I found very, very strange


The issues had seemed to stop for awhile I'm not sure what has changed or what I did to cause the issue again but it is getting really annoying.


I have 4.00 GB Memory (3.46 Usable) and here are the specs websites for both games below

Please note that my husband has the same laptop as me only bought 2 months later then mine and he has had no issues that I been having regards to this.


Also I have done the battery reset and doing the F2 and F9 I think it was to put everything to defaults and save it.

Acer Aspire E15-522 Restarting On Its Own Randomly - Please Help

I have had an Acer E15-522 Laptop now for about close to 3 years and just about a few months ago it started randomly restarting on it's own

The Bios and Everthing is up to date, I uninstalled Acer Portal the only thing I have installed is the Care Center from Acer.

My Laptop is stationary plugged into a 37 Inch TV and I have the laptop always closed but sitting on like a cooling fan.

I should also state my laptop makes a odd sound before restarting on it's own, that I have it sitting on a laptop cooling fan and a room with an air conditioner that's always set on 23 and 22 when I sleep (down numbers is colder)

So any help would be greatfully appreciated

 

Updating to Windows 10 on Acer Aspire E15 error 8024402C

Just bought a brand new Acer Aspire E15, and when I go to update to Windows 10, the updates get so far & then tell me I "can't install 1 update" error code 8024402C.

Please help. I hate Windows 8.

 

Precision Touchpad Driver Issues for Acer Aspire E15

So quite some time back after an update for Windows 10, my laptop (Acer Aspire E15/Aspire E5-573G-52G) had been stripped of its precision touchpad functionality, reducing it to that of a normal one. Now, this laptop does come with a precision touchpad, it's
not as if I somehow got the wrong drivers for an ordinary touchpad.

Recently however, I found that a precision touchpad was extremely useful for my usage of the laptop. Now I'd like to regain that functionality, and I've tried a guide by HowToGeek, but that eventually had me unable to use the tap feature for single clicking.
I was unable to find a functional guide, so I post here, how do I activate my laptop's precision touchpad?
I'd greatly appreciate your help and would be grateful for a solution.
