Windows 10: Acer Aspire One 1-143 Windows 10 Update no space

I have made multiple attempts to update Windows 10 on my Aspire One 1-143, always with the same result: The warning that there is not sufficient space on my hard disk which is true on account of the miniscule HDD size. The system recognizes my external hard disk that's connected via USB and has 145 MB free space, and yet it keeps going around in circles without completing the installation of the update files. There must be a way to overcome this challenge. I have done just about everything to remove obstacles including uninstalling all that redundant bloatware and cleaning up the Windows Registry. What should I do to succeed with my update please?

I purchased an Acer Aspire one 14 inch cloud book Model # Aspire One 1-431. The machine has windows 10 home, 2gb of Ram (Non upgradeable), and a 30 gb hard drive (Non upgradable.) This is my question The Machine has nearly 0 apps on it other than what
the computer came with. Since I have had it it seems like every time I turn it on it is always updating something. and now it is telling me that it can't install updates because there is not enough space on the C drive so what am I supposed to do now with
this there isn't even enough hard drive space to operate the operating system that was Pre installed on the machine. I have been an Microsoft loyal user from day one. This has got me thinking....

When it comes to low capacity drives, your are options are the following:

You need to download ISO, connect a USB external hard drive with lots of space and use it to accomodate the upgrade.

Acer Aspire 5560 not upgrading to windows 10

That Error Code seems to be most frequently associated with/pointing to incompatible Drivers. The Acer Aspire 5560 Model is only listed on the Acer Site under 'Legacy Hardware' as far as I can tell, which suggests they may not be too interested in providing
further firmware/driver updates, but you could try asking on their Forums. According to this site ( Acer Aspire 5560, 5560G Notebook Win7, Win8 Driver, Utility | Notebook Drivers ) the last updates were released in 2012!
