Windows 10: Acer computer whole screen went blue and i tried restarting multiple times and the screen...

Hello, I have an Acer computer, i tried deleting old windows from 2018 to make room to download the new windows 10. when i did this the whole screen went blue and i tried restarting multiple times and the screen is blank, no apps are showing at all just my arrow. how to I fix this
