Windows 10: Acer E 15 Windows cannot find a system image on this computer

Discus and support Acer E 15 Windows cannot find a system image on this computer in Windows 10 Backup and Restore to solve the problem; My Acer E 15 getting very slow, I used a "Windows 10 Pro Full Version" CD to try to install a clean version of OS on my 1000GB HDD/SSD but didn't go...     Acer E 15 Windows cannot find a system image on this computer


    My Acer E 15 getting very slow, I used a "Windows 10 Pro Full Version" CD to try to install a clean version of OS on my 1000GB HDD/SSD but didn't go well, touch pad, network adapter ... cannot be detected. I then tried to use "System Image Recovery" to see if I can restore it back to factory reset, but it also failed & said "Windows cannot find a system image on this computer", I thought Acer manufacturer should have built in a system recovery image on the recovery partition, but maybe not. My D2D is "Enabled", please advise what can I do next?

    Sounds like you need drivers. Isn't there an image available for download from Acer?

    If there is an acer recovery partition+image on the machine, you might need acer prorietary software to recover from it.
