Windows 10: Acer ES1512 w. Windows 10 Laptop Won't Turn On After RAM Upgrade

I have an Acer ES1-512-C88M Laptop that I am trying to upgrade it's RAM. The first time I put the new RAM in there, it worked for a 2 or 3 restarts, but after leaving it on sleep mode for about 2 hours, the next time I turned the computer on, the light just turned on and that was it. The default RAM was a Samsung PC3L-12800S 4GB RAM, and I have replaced it with an 8 GB PC3L-12800S SODIMM RAM, but whatever I try, the old RAM works, but not the new one. After a few "Googling", I went and replaced the CMOS battery, but that made it worse. Now the computer doesn't even turn on. Any ideas of how to

Acer laptop Win 10 Won't Turn On Wifi (used to work)

I'm working on a laptop for a client. It's an old Acer 5253-bz692. WiFi was working until the client came to pick it up (of course). I updated to WIn 10 1703 and WiFi continued to work. The only thing I did that could be related is I upgraded the RAM, which is nearby the WiFi card.

Here's what I've done so far:

1. Settings > WiFi Settings > Turn On WiFi (it shows as off). That
   switches the toggle, but never turns on. If I reload the WiFi
   settings, it shows as off again.
   
2. It does have a keyboard shortcut to enable/disable WiFi (Fn + F3), but that does nothing at all. (the other F-key hotkeys work).
   This machine does not have a hardware switch for WiFi.
   
3. Reinstalled WiFi driver.
   
4. Replaced WiFi card, installed drivers.
   
5. Disabled power management (don't allow Windows to turn off wireless)
   
6. Found a couple posts that said with Intel cards to disable 40hz. Now explicit setting for that here, but found one similar and changing it did nothing.
   
7. I don't see anything in the BIOS for enabling/disabling it.
   
8. Restarted machine multiple times. Also pulled battery and cord and held power for 30 seconds.
   

Any suggestions?

 

acer tablet /windowes 10 battery won,t charge worked before upgrade. from 8.1?

have Acer Ionia W3-810tablet just installed windowes 10 from 8.1 now battery won,t charge starts to for a few seconds then stops a.Tablet is plugged in still working but. Icon showers totally dead any words of advice Thanks Richard Robinson

 

My GTX 980ti won`t let me upgrade to Windows 10?

Still says my Nvidia GTX 980Ti won`t work with Windows 10, so I can`t upgrade!!
