    Hi there,


    A couple of months ago I turned on my Acer Aspire E5-575 laptop to see a message saying "hard disk missing" I restarted my laptop and it booted up with the automatic repair system, first saying "Diagnosing PC" and then "Repairing disk errors. This might take over an hour to complete". I have tried multiple fixes from people with similar issues. None seem to work. I have downloaded windows on a USB and tried to use startup repair, the same thing happens. Any way I can fix this or is it a hardware issue?

    I have an Acer laptop that was running win7 and upgraded to windows 10. Within a couple days it became stuck in a startup repair loop. I gave up trying to repair for awhile until a fix was available but now all I get is a disc read error press ctrl alt del
    to restart. I had hoped to run an ISO file to repair it but have discovered i am not even able to change the boot device ...the disc read error just keeps popping up .......very frustrated as this is the second computer that has gone down on win 10. Even a
    brand new HP computer has had problems with this OS

    My acer laptop was stuck in an automatic repair loop but now is stuck at 1% of factory reset

    Okay, so yesterday when I turned my laptop on it was stuck at the acer screen. After some googling I turned it off and on again and repeatedly pressed f8 to to an automatic repair. This did nothing so I tried some troubleshoot options and none of them
    worked. I was left in a infinite loop of automatic repair. I then decided to do a factory reset, but now it has been stuck at 1% for about two hours. If anyone has a solution can you please tell me in baby steps because I am a complete noob at this sort of
    thing. I have an acer ES1-531 laptop.

    Endless automatic repair loop on Laptop

    Laptop: Acer aspire v7 nitro

    Since a couple days ago my laptop goes into an endless automatic repair loop. A year ago I had a problem where it kept saying "no bootable devices found" and I went to a local repair shop. They did a factory reset en installed a new hard drive. Sometimes
    I get an error message saying Log file:C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt .
