Windows 10: Acer laptop stuck on blue screen with code driver verifier dam violation

My acer laptop when I turn it on says acer and then under it it say preparing automatic repair the loads for 2 seconds and then goes to the blue screen that says your device ran into a problem and needs a restart we’ll restart for you and then it says stop code: DRIVER_VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATION I tried to power off only thing I can seem to do is get f2 to bring a utility screen up

My taskbar didn't appear and I tried using a code in CMD, I restarted the PC and now the blue screen always appears and it's in a restart loop and the blue screen appears, and driver verifier dma violation appears.

Blue screen - stop code: driver verifier detected violation

I have been getting this blue screen whenever i start my pc since i turned on driver verifier, at first my pc would restart after blue screen and then go back into blue screen after restarted but now it just gets stuck on 100% and doesnt restart. I cant
do anything on my PC, i tried advanced startup to repair my PC and i tried restoring it to an earlier version but neither works to fix it.
