Windows 10: Acer Nitro 5 After Force Restart on Factory Reset causes Infinite Restart loop, can't...

The reason I had to force shutdown my laptop during a factory reset is because it was stuck at 81% and I waited a long time. After turning it back on my laptop is in an infinite restart loop, I can't boot into safe mode, I can't use Alt + F10, I don't know what to do, please help.

Infinite restart

I factory reset an acer i bought from someone abd windows fsiled to fully reinstall. I used the f10 option but i can onky get as far as the screen asking fir an adminustrator account but none are listed and i click the option

Infinite loop after factory reset.

I wanted to reset my computer because it's becoming slow so i choose factory reset and when it was on 7% i went to sleep. When i woke up i only saw Logo of acer then black screen than again Logo of acer and it was in infinite loop. I can't even enter bios.
On top of that it doesn't show any error sings. I tried reseting it but it won't helped. Please can ypu help me?

 

Restarts in an infinite loop

I have a Teclast Tbook 16 Power dual boot Android and Win10.

I've reset win10 to factory settings, but it has locked to 64% and restarts in an infinite loop. To restore it I followed this procedure (and failed):



The Android part works fine.

How can I restore Win 10 in this condition (should I be in the tablet's hard disk, a recovery mode partition)?
