Windows 10: Acer Nitro 5 AMD Gpu event id 411

2days ago in morning i open my laptop to play "Star Wars jade fallen order" but when i launch game black screen appears then close.


I run cmd commands to repair any corrupt files but problem did not resolve.


Finally i reset my window, updated gpu driver and still star wars not opening.


With dedicated gpu Rx560x when i open Microsoft edge it shows black screen and not responding


Also when i run userbenchmark sometime it will test gpu sometime gpu test fail.


Then i check event viewer and i found GPU error 411.


-Reinstalling gpu driver

-reinstalling chipset drivers

Go into BIOS/UEFI Setup to see if you can set the onboard chip to default. You can power on while pressing the Acer F1 or ESC key. Older models may use F2. This may be listed on the BIOS splash screen.

If you don't get a display for the BIOS even, then I'd reinstall the Nvidia card and properly disable it in BIOS setup before removing it this time.

Realtek Audio Console on Acer Nitro 5

Hello all. I recently noticed that my Acer Nitro 5 was no longer detecting any headset devices and I am unable to get any input via the mic (and have also borrowed other headsets from the original one I had, all of which have the single 3.5mm jack which
works with the Acer Nitro 5's single audio input). I am also only getting this when I pull up the Realtek Audio Console:



What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

Hello, please help. I am getting error 0xc000021a nonstop when trying to boot. It keeps shutting down automatically.

I think the problem is it is missing a graphics card to boot windows. The Acer Nitro 5 laptop has a built in Intel GPU & also a dedicated Nvidia card but I uninstalled the Intel Graphics 630 so it will automatically use the Nvidia GPU only. The problem
is I think under normal usage the system is set to the default Intel card and for gaming or movies etc it will use the Nvidia card.

Is there a way I can configure it to use the Nvidia GPU to boot? Or if there is a way to boot with no GPU?
