Windows 10: acer pc wont play my 4k videos from my gopro

hi all, I have tried to play 4k videos on my acer gaming laptop

specs nitro an515-41

amd fx-9830p radeon r7. 12 compute cores 4c=8g 3.00ghz

ram 8 gb

64 bit operating sysytem

I have tried updating drivers to no avail, even installing from the amd website that led to my pc crashing and a lengthy process of safe mode and rolling back drivers. is there anything else I can do??

PC is lagging when I play 4K video

I’d like to play a 4k video on my PC but it is lagging. Although when
I play a HD video it works fine. I think that this problem appeared after the last update. Before that date when I updated my PC it had been working fine with 4k videos.

 

Windows 10 wont play my 4k video

Hi all.

I have recently captured video in 4k on my Samsung Note 3 and have been unable to playback smoothly since upgrading to Windows 10. I have a new HP Pavilion that had no troubles with 4k playback on Windows 8.1 and have also tested the same files on my PC
and other laptop. The PC has a good GC and the other older laptop is a low end machine with no GC. The HP running windows 10 has two GC which are AMD Radeon R7 M260 and AMD Radeon R5. I think it is a windows 10 issue as my low end machine with no GC can run
it with no problem. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Lumia 930 video 4k problem

Hi!

Actually I'm not able to play the video on any on our computers at home (two laptops Dell and Acer from 2010. I get a blue screen with error messages when trying to play the videos). Neither do we have a 4K television at home. The laptops run with windows
8.1 and has the latest updated drivers and also windows media players. Only the latest version of VLC player can play the video but there the videos look even more jumpy than on the Phone. The Phone (Lumia 930) also has the latest camera and player apps installed.
So my question was only if this is a known issue that videos recorded in 4K look jumpy on Lumia 930 when played in the internal player but gets correct when played with a supported TV or computer with 4K supported video drivers?
