Windows 10: Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 PHN_16 71 doesn't show internal audio devices. How can I fix it ?

My acer predator Helios neo 16 doesn't show internal audio device its own speaker while shows Bluetooth device after reinstalling windows 11 there is no issue with my speakers as they play bootup sound i have tried all the trouble shoots and driver install and uninstall reinstall but nothing works its so frustrating is there any solution or should I switch to Linux as it doesn't show such **** and one more thing why do we need ethernet to connect to internet while most of us have WIFI but not ethernet for sign in into our own device with our own account you can just keep default driver for WIF

Problems with Logitech C922 Pro and Windows 11 on my Predator Helios Neo 16

I recently bought a Predator Helios Neo 16 and a Logitech C922. Every time I connect my camera to my laptop, apparently the audio drivers stop working, I get an "x" on my volume icon and can't hear anything from any audio source, be it a headset or even the speakers.

 

Overheating Issues on Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 - Need Help!

Hi everyone, I'm facing some serious overheating issues with my Acer Predator Helios Neo 16, which I bought in 2023. For the first six months, it worked perfectly with no overheating or performance problems. However, after installing some pirated games, I started noticing a slight performance drop and occasional crashes. Eventually, my laptop completely crashed and Windows got corrupted. I reinstalled Windows a couple of months ago and, initially, the performance was amazing—better than when I first bought it. But after adding back all my usual software like Chrome and more games (including pirated ones from trusted sources), the overheating issues returned. Here are some specific observations:

1. During normal tasks, the laptop reaches temperatures of 60-70°C.

2. When gaming, it hits 99°C and stays there, even with fans running at max speed (7000 RPM) in turbo mode.

3. If I'm not using monitoring tools like Task Manager or Predator Sense, the temperatures skyrocket to 90-80°C and CPU consumption goes up to 60-70%. But when I open these monitoring tools, the CPU usage drops to 5-10% and the temperatures go down significantly.

4. While gaming, even though the temperature reaches 99°C, the CPU utilization is only around 4-5%.

5. During daily tasks, even with CPU utilization as low as 5-10%, the temperatures still go very high.

I contacted Acer support, and they cleaned the laptop and applied new thermal paste. Initially, it worked fine and didn’t overheat, but the overheating returned after a while, even after reinstalling Windows. Given that the CPU utilization is often low but the temperatures are still high, I’m really concerned about how this might be degrading my laptop’s health and lifespan. I'm wondering:

1. What could be causing this overheating?

2. What steps can I take to fix this

Issues after update Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039212)

After this update, my laptop often freezes can't close any application thast running even the clock is freezes, can only fixed by restarting but even then the freezes will happen again occasionally, anyone expiriencing the same issue? I'm on Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 (PHN16-71)
