Windows 10: Acer Predator Orion 3000 P03-640-UR12 Desktop is in a BSOD loop

My desktop is in a BSOD restart loop and I can't get the USB boot to recognize my hard drive. The error I am receiving is "System thread exception not handled" and the file name showing is "hswultpep.sys". Can someone help me get my computer back to working?Thank you,Paul

Acer Predator Orion 3000 BSOD & Automatic repair loop

Hi,

Acer Predator Orion 3000 desktop with Windows 11 will not boot windows.

Slim chance that it updated automatically at last shutdown. Now won't go beyond either spinning circle or "Preparing Automatic Repair". If left to run, eventually goes to BSOD and restarts.

Tried to boot with external hard drive, however same result even with boot manager disabled on BIOS. Recognises external drive and tries to do something but then BSOD.

Cannot get the "Troubleshooting" menu to boot either, have tried numerous key combinations. Alt+F10 seems closest to doing something but still same end result and unable to get this menu up.
