Windows 10: Acer Spin 3 Some keyboard keys not working.

So I'm hoping that anyone will be able to post some helpful advice. Ok so my situation is that I have an Acer Spin 3 laptop that is only a month old and earlier today when I went to log on and as I typed the password I noticed that some of my keys on the laptop's built in keyboard wasn't working. To be specific the keys such as W, A, 1, 2, 3, Shift, Esc, and some of the f-number keys aren't working. I also tried to follow tutorials such as out dated drivers or uninstall and restart the laptop tutorial videos but none of them have worked; not to mention that when I looked for the acer spin 3 drivers on their office website I didn't see very many and I have no idea how to properly download them. If you're wondering how I'm able to type all this without mistakes as some of my keys aren't working my laptop is thankfully touch screen so that's how I'm getting by so far; but I would really like to find a way to fix my keyboard keys in a way that I'm able to do it myself and without having to get it repaired hopefully. If anyone has any helpful information please let me know. Thank you.

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...

Acer Spin 5 Keyboard Not Working on Windows 10

My daughter's Acer Spin 5's keyboard is no longer working. We haven't made any changes or upgrades to the laptop so I'm not sure what has happened.

The keyboard does not work before or after user log in. I am able to access the on-screen keyboard through tablet mode or through the "ease of access" menu. I have confirmed that filter keys are off. In the device manager window, I have tried to update
the driver, but it states that the best driver is already installed. While in the device manager, the keyboard properties state the device is working properly. I have checked for windows updates, but the device is up-to-date. I also ran the troubleshooting
feature for hardware and devices in settings. It does not detect any problems.

Can anyone else offer any advice??
