Windows 10: Acer Spin 360 Laptop having Windows 10 has suddenly crashed with Blue Screen when accessing...

Hello Sir,I have Windows 10 in my Acer Spin SP315-51-757C Laptop. The Laptop had been running slow for many days with very slow boot and fan sound with Disk IO going 100% for initial few min after boot. One day I was trying to access one old document from my dochub.com account and suddenly Mcfee Antivirus in my PC said that file contains trojan... I tried stopping the download but couldn't and then the system crashed to blue screen in the middle of my work saying Stop Code: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED.I tried to restart the system and it started again and after 1 hr again crashed. then next start ma

blue screen with spinning circle following reinstall of Win 10

Following a reset of my Toshiba Satellite laptop due to account login errors and then successful upgrade to Win 10 (laptop came with Win 8), I am now stuck with the blue screen/spinning circle. When I turn the laptop on, the sequence of screens I get are:
the Toshiba screen, black screen with spinning circle, lock screen. I can move the mouse, but if I click it to advance to log in, I get the blue screen with spinning circle. Turn the laptop off/on and I repeat the sequence getting stuck at the blue screen
again.

Suggestions?

Crash/blue screen

Hi

I assume from the title of your post Crash/Blue Screen that the PC has crashed and produced a *BSOD=[Blue Screen Of Death] =Blue Screen; and that the PC recovered from this; if and when you see the Blue Screen write the Stop Code down; recover the PC or use one that is working to access the net and look up the Stop Code.

nb: You may be able to view this with a [*BlueScreenView] application, google for this.

BlueScreenView scans all your minidump files created during 'blue screen
of death' crashes, and displays the information about all crashes in one
table. For each crash, BlueScreenView displays the minidump filename, the
date/time of the crash, the basic crash information displayed in the blue
screen (Bug Check Code and 4 parameters), and the details of the driver
or module that possibly caused the crash (filename, product name, file
description, and file version).
For each crash displayed in the upper pane, you can view the details of
the device drivers loaded during the crash in the lower pane.
BlueScreenView also mark the drivers that their addresses found in the
crash stack, so you can easily locate the suspected drivers that possibly
caused the crash.

My wide screen laptop suddenly became 1024x768

I have a laptop called Acer aspire 5732zg with windows 10.

i was sitting in front of my laptop, checking my phone. it happened SUDDENLY, i did NOTHING!

It became 1024 x 768 but it was 1366 768 (wide screen). When i check the screen settings, only 1024 768 and 800 600 listed, theres nothing like 1366 768.

what can i do? thanks
