Windows 10: Acer Windows 10 Laptop programs kept freezing

Hello, I recently have technical problems including all of my programs installed on my Acer laptop. As I'm using the pieces of software, I sometimes have them freezing which means that I either have to press the Esc button or just close the program using Task Manager, restart the computer and reload the program.


I just wanted to ask you if there's a solution to that problem.

Any help will be appreciated.

Acer Laptops :are they crap ?

Acer makes a cheap prodcut period. They user lower end plastics, as well as assembly. (I hate working on Acer laptops)

If budget is an issue then get an acer... though for $50 more you could get a gateway that will smoke the acer in terms of quality.

For a laptop though i would suggest one of the DV7T's from HP or a Business class Toshiba/HP/IBM (not the lenovo branded, the Thinkpads)

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
