    Acer with Windows 10 stuck in restart loop


    My Acer Aspire E15 with Windows 10 is stuck in a restart loop where it leads me to a blue screen with Advanced options to Reset. I have tried resetting it while choosing to keep my old files. However, this has not fixed the problem. Please help!

    • Do you get any error message?
