Windows 10: ACM Advanced Color Management causes issues with some cursor states such as precision...

I noticed that I could not see my cursor when using Davinci Resolve and going over the video in the program, in the place where the precision pointer should have been there was nothing.I troubleshooted for a while and figured out that disabling ACM completely remedies the issue. However, I would like to continue using ACM on my 8-bit panel.I tryed setting alternate options for how the precision pointer looks in advanced mouse settings and none of the other default options for the precision pointer worked, however, using symbols such as aero_busy.ani did work and showed up as the mouse was supp

New! You can turn on Auto Color Management (ACM) on your Standard Dynamic Range (SDR) display. ACM makes all the colors on all your Windows apps appear accurately and consistently on every supported display. This is true even if the apps are not color managed. To turn ACM on, go to Settings > Display > Advanced display. Choose theSDR display and turn on Automatically manage color for apps. See the requirements to use ACM in the table below.

There are no hard requirements for the display or connection. ACM can provide benefits even on 8-bit sRGB panels. However, we strongly recommend ACM devices to have panels with a wider-than-sRGB gamut. Ten-bits (10-bits) per color channel or greater is also advised as an option.

My system fulfills the requirements yet the ACM option is not showing up.

Windows Color Management Issue

Hi billin30,

With the issue you're having with your display color, I suggest that you calibrate. There may have been settings that is causing the issue and resetting them may solve this. Follow these steps:

1. Press Windows key on your keyboard, type Calibrate display color.
2. Follow the on screen instructions.

If the issue will not somehow improve, try to check with your monitor's color settings just to be sure.

Also, I'd like to clarify what monitor is having the issue with its display going to the 'other monitor'? I'd also like to ask for help in isolating the issue. Try to use the monitors one-by-one or have them pair up with one another. Like have BenQ paired
with Asus then have Alienware paired with Asus etc.

Update me if there were improvements.

 

Advanced Call Manager

Hello friends,

Is there any version of adcanced call manager which can handle multiple lists ? Currently the ACM which comes with phone handles only one task and one list... Please advice.
