Windows 10: acoustic echo cancellation and noise suppression not working

    acoustic echo cancellation and noise suppression not working


    After I got my windows 11 upgrade, I realized that I couldn't enable acoustic echo cancellation and noise suppression on my Realtek audio console. Whenever I click the box, nothing happens. here is a pic.

    Problem with noise suppression and acoustic echo cancellation.

    So i have a problem with my microphone bcs my friends hear everything, my pc sounds and themselves. (My microphone is picking up all my PC sounds.) I read that you have to turn off the stereo mix but it didn't help. Then I read that you need to enable
    noise suppression and the elimination of acoustic echo but the problem is, when i enable even 1 of them my microphone stop working. I have to put my microphone in my throat to let it detect my voice. I've checked drivers too. I don't know where is the problem.
    "Listen to this device" is unchecked too.

    How to add options like Noise Suppression and Acoustic Echo Cancellation to my microphone again?

    I'm Janelee, an Independent Advisor and community member like you. You got an awesome microphone with condenser there. My brother bought something like that too just recently actually. Let me help you on this.

    1. On the search bar, type Sound and press Enter.

    2. Select the Recording tab.

    3. Right-click on Microphone and click Properties.

    4. On the Properties window, select Enhancement tab and check(enable) the Noise Suppression and Acoustic Echo Cancellation feature.

    5. Click OK.
