Windows 10: ACPI BIOS ERROR when installing Windows 10

Hello. I recently tried upgrading my windows 8.1 laptop to windows 10 but when it booted up, it gave me the blue screen of death saying ACPI BIOS ERROR. When I upgraded from windows 8.1 to windows 10, I didn't have all the drivers installed, so I had to install it from a flash drive. When I start the computer, it gets caught in this endless error loop. Advanced startup options will not run, safe-mode won't run, and when I try to do an offline reset, the problem still persists. How do I fix this? Thanks!

• Were there any changes made on your computer before encountering the issue?
• What are the things that you're seeing when you boot up the computer?
• Can your computer still load the Windows Recovery environment page? Windows Recovery environment is a page where you can choose to troubleshoot the computer, continue to Windows 10, or shutdown the computer.

Acpi bios error

I am unable to install windows 10, keep getting an ACPI BIOS ERROR.
Lenovo Desktop M710S....Any Ideas.

 

ACPI Bios Error

A friend of mine built his first computer and iv been called in to figure out what in the world this problem hes having is. Iv tried quite a lot already, ill list those out in a second. He never got past trying to install windows 10 due to the ACPI BIOS
ERROR.

System spec:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600x CPU

ASUS Prime B450M-A Mother Board

Strix GTX1050ti GPU

Ballistix DDR4 2600 RAM

a 2Tb Western Digital HDD

Behavior on boot attempt: The computer starts up fine, gets to the ASUS logo screen and then BSODs with the ACPI BIOS ERROR.

I have tried:

updating the BIOS

clearing the CMOS

tried installing Win7 same Error

Installing Win10 on the HDD outside the system.

Using Rufus to make a bootable USB from the ISO files

CSM, Secure boot, Fast boot, all OFF/ON in every variation

SATA switch to RAID from AHCI

IV tested all the hardware plus gotten Linux to run fine.

After all that the only change is that now it tries to boot into the automatic repair after the first 2 BSODs but the moment it tries to load its just BSODs with the same ACPI BIOS ERROR.

Not gonna lie im pretty stumped on this one, best guess is its a windows 10 problem somewhere. Judging from google i'm not expecting an easy one click solution but any help would be appreciated.
