    Acpi.sys causing high latency


    Hello,Lately I've been noticing clicking/popping noises when I'm watching youtube/netflix. I downloaded LatencyMon and observed that the Acpi.sys driver is causing very high latency. All drivers are up to date in my laptop, can you please advise how else I can correct this?Thanks,Eimear

    High DPC Latency caused by wdf01000.sys

    Hello,

    I am posting this regarding a problem that I ran across in my laptop at the beginning of august 2019, the problem is that I am getting high DPC Latency levels that are apparently caused by wdf01000.sys according to the latency checking
    program, latencymon.

    I really want to know if there is a fix since I have browsed a wide range of sites trying to find a fix, I could not find any. And also my keyboard stopped working for some reason, if its ok I would like to find a fix for that, but
    I prioritize fixing the high latency over the keyboard.

    ACPI driver causing abnormally high Latency on Dell XPS 15 9570

    ACPI is causing high DPC latency, concerns over live recording capabilities and live playback.

    I have uninstalled stock Dell audio drivers and installed RealTek drivers (not sure which ones), this has fixed popping sounds coming from the speakers or headphones.

    I need to use this laptop for live recording and live playback of music for a live band, latency cannot be an issue I should have, can you advice on how to fix this?

    Unfortunately updating logitech software did not help.

    So is there any way to find out which program or hardware uses that Wdf01000?
