Windows 10: Action Center on Windows 11 won't opened.

Hello, I have a new laptop with windows 11 installed, after i used that laptop for 2 days my laptop got corrupted and black screen after install updates, but i solved that with chkdsk in cmd, but after i enter the desktop, there's another problem, action center in desktop won't opened, I've try all tutorial in this forum like dism tool, powershell, reg edit, etc. But the problem still exists. My question is, can my laptop solved that problem by itself after got the latest updates in the future?

Disable Action Center in Windows 7?

Unfortunately that doesn't disable Action Center, all it does it cause Acution Center to bitch about the Security Center service not running.

Action Center seems to be a different beast from Security Center...

And telling it to not display any messages gets it out of the way, the same way disabling the icon in the suggestions above does, but Action Center is still enabled and running.
