Windows 10: Action center pops up on clicking the keyboard

I updated my PC to windows 10 a week back. A day back , something got clicked and ever since then, Action center started popping up on clicking 'a' on the keyboard. Other keys work but this is very annoying as im using the on screen keyboard . Can anyone help me here?

Oh, and also, Action Center notifications pop up and Action Center does not open. The only way to close the notifications is by clicking the Action Center icon (and then they reappear a few minutes later.)

The pop up with music in the right lower corner was new from windows 8.1 to windows 10. That's happening with each notification.

Is there a way to turn off the music/sound from the action center without placing the computer on mute?

There was a problem with Windows Defender until Spybot was uninstalled. It would not turn on. Now the quick scan and updates are working.

The windows 10 has the action center and it does not allow capturing a picture of it with the snipping tool. When I click on the snipping tool the action center closes. To capture the action center I had to click on print screen on the keyboard and then
paste into paint and then use the snipping tool. Is this the only way to capture the action center?

The Action center shortcut happens when pressing the Windows key+A. Maybe your Windows key is stuck or is being pressed at the same time? To disable hotkey shortcuts try this: Disabling Windows Keyboard Shortcuts
