Windows 10: Action Center won't open / Default apps dpm

Action center won't open, when trying to open .jpg images it comes up with "The remove prodecure call failed" but if I try again it opens. When I open calculator the first time it's all grey, but if I close it and open it again it works fine. Sometimes explorer stops responding so I have to restart Explorer.exe to fix it. So there's a bunch of small problems going on all over the place. Other than that windows starts up and works fine.

I ran "sfc /scannow" and got a bunch of errors including: (here' just a small sample of some of the error entries)

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios.

Action Center won't open with swipe gesture and won't open notifications

Hello,

I've been having this problem where the Windows 10 Action center won't open with the swipe from right gesture (But it can still open when I click the action center button). Also, I can't open any notifications from action center either, I can just clear
them away but a click or touch won't open anything.

Action Center OneNote (Note button) not launching.

Hi!

I have the same problem.

Office 2016 Note does not open from Action Center.

Action center only opens default Store Note App.

Any way i can configure windows to start my Office 2016 OneNote directly from action center?

I have setup all possible associations with office (except for OneNote-CMD that does not see Office 2016 Note as a candidate .

Please help!
