Windows 10: Action Centre not functioning

Hey! I have had this problem for a while now where the action center just doesn't work whenever I open it using taskbar or window key+A it just displays a blank windows for about half a second then just disappears... I can't find a solution for this problem and I have tried to contact Microsoft support so many times however neither do they respond to chat or to e-mails, if anyone has any fixes please let me know. Note: I had this problem on windows 10 and I thought it would resolve after downloading windows 11 but it never did...Thanks in advance!

action centre not functioning

The action centre has stopped functioning.

Windowskey + a does nothing.

Left click on battery, wifi, speaker or notification icons on task bar does nothing.



Found a fix: Run CMD with admin perm.

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

This worked; but after a restart the actions centre was unavailable again.

Why???

Again, this did not work.

These troubleshooting steps are for those whose action centre is visible. My action centre is not visible at all.

I need to add email and messenger notifications to Action Centre. They are not on the list.
