Windows 10: Actions occasionally repeat themselves on multiple notebooks at our company

Greetings,I am trying to find the root cause of why multiple notebooks at our company occasionally repeat key strokes, CTRL+V's and deletes. A quick example:"Sentence should look like this" could e.g end up as "Senteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeence should look like this". If we copy-paste using CTRL+V, we sometimes experience the same repetition happening whatever pasted gets pasted 15-20 times or that a singular backspace results in deleting 15-20 characters. During these events, there is a short freeze and while the repetitions happen, it is not possible to stop it. It stops by itself. The frequency v

Cortana Notebook

In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled Cortana.

To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Cortana.
• Go to Settings.
• Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.

Why does action center keep poping up when I click the touchpad?

To assist you better regarding your concern with the action center, we suggest that you follow these steps and see if it'll help resolves the concern:

• 
  Right the Windows icon.
  
• 
  Select Device Manager.
  
• 
  Right click on Touchpad, then select Disable.
  
• 
  Confirm selection - touchpad is disabled
  
• 
  Repeat the steps, this time select Enable Touchpad.

MS Action Pack On-Premise Restrictions and Notebooks

Thanx much for the reply but I need clarification. Does this mean that any machine, be it notebook, workstation, or server can be located off-site and have Action Pack software installed on it as long as it's owned by the company and used solely for company
business? If so, what does "On-premises" mean?
