Windows 10: activate administrator

Hello,i try to activate administrator on my local account but i cant put it when i write the command: net user "Administrator" /active:yes i receive a command: Access is denied.and my Account active is No also my pc have one account how can fix it? i use windows 11 22H2 OS build: 22621.819also i try to run with a poweshell also a error on powershell

There are several workarounds for us to troubleshoot this issue. Let's try to fix this using the simplest way. Follow these steps:

• Tap or press Windows and X key.
• Tap on Command Prompt (admin).
• Type: net user administrator /active: yes
  

Note: Please follow the same steps and type
net user administrator /active: no to disable administrator account after the troubleshooting is done.

I suggest you to enable the Built-in administrator account and check if the issue persists.

Steps to: Enable Built-in administrator.

• Press Windows + X key together on your desktop screen.
  
• Click on Command Prompt (admin) to open
  Command Prompt.
• Type the following command and hit Enter:
• net user administrator /active: yes
  (Check for the spaces)
• Now log off from the current user and try to login to the administrator account that is enabled.
