    HelloI have a four-year old Toshiba P70-A which is running windows 8 build 9200 and not letting me upgrade to windows 8.1. I have turned on Download Over Metered Connections and have tried many free product keys on the Microsoft website but had no success. I did not buy the laptop. It was gifted to me, and I have not found any product key on the laptop. It will not let me enter the Store or Internet Explorer. There is nothing wrong with my internet because there are not any issues on other devices.Please helpRegardsJohn
