Windows 10: activate windows, replaced damaged motherboard

Trying this again, I replaced my motherboard as my old motherboard failed. I am unable to reactivate windows 10. The troubleshooter is no help, as it says I need an app, but does not say what app. I have researched extensively on the web, but any thing available is very old or does not match what I see on my screen. I am logged into my Microsoft account and there is no help on those screens either. This should not be this difficult.

Motherboard damaged and replaced. Now SSD with same installed windows connected my motherboard and processor.

But it is not running.how to resolve the problem

I purchased a Windows 7 Pro license in the form of a sticker and installed it on my computer. However, now the motherboard of the computer is damaged, and I replaced it with a similar one (same model). Can I use the sticker for the damaged motherboard to activate the new motherboard?"

An OEM License is tied to the 1st computer and its components (Motherboard) it is installed on

Any reinstall must be with the same Motherboard

That is why they are cheap to buy.

If you replace the Motherboard that is no longer the same Motherboard that OEM license was originally installed on and is therefore illegal..
