Windows 10: Activate Windows showing on my PC

Hi, so this problem for me started last Sunday, I had a EaseUS file on my C drive that I couldn't delete due to a service running and TrustedInstaller having permissions, started to get rid of that then I think I accidentally opened UTorrent, my PC starts glitching and something started downloading files onto my C drive making my PC unusable additionally I couldn't open windows defender or use my task bar and registry mmc.exe was blocked, I did a file reset where personal files are kept and that seemed to resolve the C drive problem. However, I'm still seeing the "Activate Windows" waterma

Timeline Activity not showing up

The timeline activity just won't show up on the timeline window. I always get "Use your PC more for activities."

I have enabled the settings required for timeline in Privacy > Activity History:

Let Windows collect my activities

Let Windows Sync my activities

Show activities from accounts

I also tried using regedit to add these variables in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System

• EnableActivityFeed
• PublishUserActivities
• UploadUserActivities

All the variables are set to 1, and are DWORD values. (as stated in this article http://www.thewindowsclub.com/timeline-feature-not-working-windows), to no effect.

Any more troubleshooting steps I can go through?

I wish I could hands-on your PC .... it's a bit difficult explaining stuff...

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
