Windows 10: Activate Windows Watermark on Desktop

Computer: Dell Inspiron 5584. Windows: Version 22H2, Installed on 10/05/2022, Build 22621.963. Continually have this watermark appear on my desktop "Activate Windows. Go to settings to activate windows". When I go to Settings > Activation and run Troubleshooter it says that it will activate my copy of windows. I hit Close and it shows that my windows is activated. And the watermark goes away. For a couple of hours and then it comes back on. When I run slmgr /xpr in terminal the message says that "this macine is permanently activated". My copy of windows is OEM. I have used a bat fil

• Using Cortana, type Notepad and then click on Notepad (Desktop app).
• Type the following commands in Notepad:

  Save the file and name it as Activation.bat.
  
• 
  Change the Save as type to All files.
  
• 
  Locate the file, right-click on it and then choose Run as Administrator.

  After running the file, restart your computer and then check if the same issue persists.

Activate Windows watermark

I keep getting the Activate Windows watermark. I have done the suggested things such as editing the regedit, creating the removal.bat file, but the watermark keeps returning.

My windows is legit, and I have had it for 3 years now. Can someone please help me?
