Windows 10: activating all threads in my pc

hello, basically, im trying to run some parallel machine learning algorithm kmeans on my pc which has 12 threads, i got the code from the github so it should work perfectly, even the owner displayed the execution time depending on the size of the dataset and he did also a sequential version of the algorithm. while trying to run it on vscode, the sequential code worked perfectly fine. its even better than the owner's execution time, but when running the parallel version, it took more than 10 min to be executed which is absurd, i did activate all of the threads on msconfig yet nothing changes.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

I wish I could hands-on your PC .... it's a bit difficult explaining stuff...

So now I have a clean install and windows is activated, what are my steps to find out why my original windows install wasn’t activated......

I await instructions........

and apart from checking activation, I do everything else as per your suggestions......will in future check validated once a month.......
