Windows 10: Activation context generation failed for "C:\Windows\system32\UIRibbon.dll".

getting this error in event viewer, tried sfc scan, windows defender scan, reinstalling softwares and drivers, it says " Activation context generation failed for "C:\Windows\system32\UIRibbon.dll". Dependent Assembly Microsoft.Windows.GdiPlus,language="*",processorArchitecture="*",publicKeyToken="6595b64144ccf1df",type="win32",version="1.1.6000.16386" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis." PLEASE HELP !

msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll in C:\

Hello back TPU!

Yesterday I saw two files(msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll) in my C:\ disk folder. What does this mean? I know this two files should be in C:\Windows or C:\Windows\System32 or somewhere in C:\Windows but not in main disk folder. I deleted this files but files appeared again today. Is this a virus or maybe an application? How can I check this?

they are microsoft visual studio files, leave em alone.

i have followed every online help thread i can find to do with this so called error. ive downlaoded all the C++ visual programmes ive gone through my registry editor and still i cant get rid of this error, please help
