Windows 10: Activation context generation failed

не могу запустить приложение, перепробовал всё переустановил каждый Visual С++ от 2005 до 2019, всё равно не открываетсячерез Even viewer нашел ошибку Microsoft.VC90.OpenMP,processorArchitecture="x86",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="9.0.21022.8"как быть, пожалуйста помогите

Activation context generation failed for "C:\Users\dutna\Downloads\Install VALORANT.exe".Error in manifest or policy file "C:\Users\dutna\Downloads\Install VALORANT.exe" on line 0. Invalid Xml syntax.

i have followed every online help thread i can find to do with this so called error. ive downlaoded all the C++ visual programmes ive gone through my registry editor and still i cant get rid of this error, please help

Giveaway of the Day offered a free 32-bit version of HippoEdit, which is supposed to work on Win 10 64-bit machines.

I installed (and also uninstalled and reinstalled), but each time I use it, the Event Viewer generates this error message many times:

Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files (x86)\HippoEDIT\MFC80U.DLL". Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC80.MFCLOC,processorArchitecture="x86",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",ver sion="8.0.50608.0" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis.

For what it's worth, there's a very small file in C:\Program Files (x86)\HippoEDIT\ called Microsoft.VC80.MFC.manifest. However a search in c:\ for Microsoft.VC80.MFCLOC finds nothing.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
