Windows 10: Activation fails - and how do I get in WRITTEN touch with MS Support?

Suddenly one of my Windows Desktops custom builds lost its activation information and troubleshooting do not work.When checking my digital W11 license I do not do that often the desktop is not listed, probably because the users of those desktops insist on not logging in to their respective MS accounts, which they have via my account.My original licenses come from Windows XP / Windows 7 and Window 8.I have the certificates stickers and the keys and the receipts.I can not give that info via telephone. It needs to be written and sent in text / images.All my upgrades through W7 > W8 > W

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
