Windows 10: Activation Key Missing for Win10 MS Family Subscription

I won a refurbished HP Elitebook at a school fundraiser. I created a MS account and signed up for MS 365 Family account directly from Microsoft. It started off as a free 30 day trial and after the 30 days I received the billing notice but never received a product key. I've seen in support that this subscription may not need a key to be activated, but if it does it should have been sent via email...which I haven't received. I have Office installed on my laptop, but just can't activate Windows. Has anyone else run into this scenario? Is there a way to get it installed? I've tried the online support chat but it keeps dropping my chat.

Devices and MS product keys

Thanks for your response, but it does not answer the question. When logged in account.microsoft.com and switching between the Store and Account pages, on the Account page the Devices panel lists registered devices. These devices had to be added to the
account when Windows or other MS products were activated. Recently I came across a page of all devices, separately listed with the Windows Edition and Activation KEY and Office Edition and Activation Key. I have spoken with 4 different people within the MS
support community within the past 7 days, and none of them could validate my MS installations. I have around 14 installations over 7 devices. Everyone of the MS support people kept checking the Services & Subscriptions page to validate my subscriptions, which
I have none.

 

Activation options for Win10 with instant clones

We have a secure (no internet access) lab environment setup to test and validate a VMWare VDI deployment of Win10 clients.

Our issue is activation of the Win10 clients as they require re-activation every time we logoff and back on because we are using instant clones.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to resolve this? Here are the options we are considering and issues as we understand them:

• Setup a KMS server
  • Requires a Volume license, which is doable
  • Documentation says we must have a minimum of 25 hosts, we don' have that in our lab
• Use our MSDN account
  • No support for Win10 KMS license
  • No support for MKS activation
• Manually activate each time
  • Gonna spend a lot of time on the phone
  • Win10 has no grace period so machines are crippled w/o activation

Anyone have a thought or suggestions? I'm hoping I missed something.
