Windows 10: Activation not working and cannot get chat to work

    Activation not working and cannot get chat to work


    Hey just reformatted the PC and it is the same one I have been using for months but it will not let me Activate. No new parts. I go through the help section on the website and get an error message when clicking customer support on top of that.

    Chat Not Working

    Hi,

    can you explain in brief , if your chat under the messaging not working then try following it will solve your issue.

    Try the following steps as it is mentioned below. Make sure the battery saver option is off before you try this

    • Turn of Facebook Chat.
    • Set Chat status to Offline.
    • Go to Settings > Battery Saver option.
    • Turn on Battery saver.
    • Go to Advanced Settings of Battery Saver.
    • Tap on each of the three options there from bottom to top one after another.
    • Come back and turn off the Battery Saver.
    • Restart the phone.
    • Go back to messaging and turn on Facebook Chat.
    • Set chat status to available. Enjoy Activation not working and cannot get chat to work :)

    Facebook Chat not working

    this worked me even though i don't use chat but like my 1520 to be working properly . Will see how long it works for many thanks .

    Hello I followed instructions in attachment Bing Chat 1 and tried the last two steps. It took me to attachment Bing Chat 2. However, Bing Chat was not listed. Do you suppose it’s not listed for my Windows 10 version? I use Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge Jerry
