    SURFACE PRO 3 RESET TO FACTORY DEFAULTS PROBLEM

    The camera caused a system freeze every time it was activated so I thought why not restore.

    • I attempted to reset my Surface Pro 3 to Factory defaults.
    • The Surface Pro made it to 1% then crashed.
    • Now it is in a reboot loop.

    I have tried several times and now it gives an "Unable to reset your PC. A required drive partition is missing" error.

    Do you have any suggestions on how to make it work again?

    See the windows is activated. And this is the screen which asks the product key. I can only skip this step if I boot from the dvd and select the clean install option.

    "slmg /ato" returns Activating Windows core single language edition (a string of numbers and alphabets)
    Product activated successfully.

    I had updated my windows 7 pro to windows 10 pro few months ago. There was some virus problem i was having in my windows 10 ( windows got activated ), so i clicked on recovery option and then reset the windows 10 pro to factory reset and then i saw a
    message your windows isn't activated and it is not updated now and if i use my windows 7 pro product key it wont work either i contacted Microsoft helpline didn't get satisfactory response from them ......my windows 7 was genuine and i updated it with windows
    update to windows 10 after factory reset why cant i activate my windows pls help
