Windows 10: Activation Problem Error 0x800705B4

Hey I've got a Problem with the activation Key of my Windows License, yesterday I Installed new hardware including Mainboard, CPU and RAM but only realized after I installed everything and had the setup working that my License was Hardware bound and I have a huge problem, so after many trials and error I came to the conclusion to get A new key and update directly to Win 10 Pro, but even after this I still get the same error as before and am not able to do anything against it, even the problem solving doesn't change anything and just tells me to buy a new Key from the Shop.

I hereby request your assistance, dear redditors.

I'd think a program should be running for it to check for and get updates.
