Windows 10: Activation Problem

I purchased my Windows 7 Ultimate in March 2014, Activated it and used it successfully then upgraded to Windows 10 Pro when free upgrade was offered. So this March in 2019 it will be 5 years. Now I have upgraded my hardware and it is asking me to reactivate. Its not accepting my old original Key and when I spoke to activation team, I am told it has been blocked as the key belongs to someone else while I have the original holographic disc along with the official package and keys. I have also reported to Microsoft about it but no news from Microsoft and will not allow any update as well not allowing my GTX 1050 Ti from running the driver properly.

I suggest you to go through Phone activation to activate your Windows 10 copy.

To run Phone activation please follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows + R key.
  
• 
  Type slui 4 and hit enter.
  
• 
  Select the Country or
  Region.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instructions.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...


That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

I HAVE A PROBLEME WITH BLUETOOTH ON MY NOKIA 6700 CLASSIC ........... BLUETOOTH can't be activate.

• settings
• connectivity
• bluetooth
• activate

but he doesn't activate ........................................... so please help me!!!! .
