Windows 10: Activation with 10 Preview

Hello,
I am currently running Windows 10 10130, with a broken Windows 8.1. I have not received any download notification for W10 install.
Can anyone advise?

I need a serial number for 15025 iso

Each of the Technical Previews were issued with their own key but they had a limited life. Once expired they no longer allow activation.

Insider Previews work on the currently registered license. This is from the Insider Preview download page

"Windows Insider Preview Activation

You will need to install the Windows 10 Insider Preview build on a device that has been previously activated with Windows 10 or with a Windows 10 product key. For more details please see the article:

Activation in Windows 10. "

Therefore if you were running Windows 10 previously on the computer you will not require a key.

We appreciate your interest in installing Windows 10 Technical Preview.

You do not need to enter a product key to activate Windows 10 Technical Preview. A product key for the preview is imbedded within the installation and should activate automatically when the computer connects to the internet.

Phone activation (or offline activation) for Windows 10 Technical Preview is disabled.

A product key has been provided on the
download page just in case you run into a situation where you need to manually enter a key. This product key has unlimited activations.

Do you want to upgrade 10130 to a newer build?
If yes, mount 10147 ISO and run setup.exe from within 10130.

 

Yes Vladimir I will and appreciate it. Mainly though I am concerned about when Windows 10 is released in July, since I am running a preview and the Windows 8 original is damaged on the system, I haven't received the registration for the July release as on my other computers. Should I reinstall Window 8 which is the original OS and then Windows will see it and send me the registration and subscription?
