    Active Directory monitoring with DC Diag - SysVolCheck often in CRITICAL


    Hello,I'm currently using my monitoring tools based on Nagios to monitor the health of the Active Directory of some of my customers.In order to do that, i'm using the dcdiag command with different test. On of them is the SysVolCheck, and recently these ActiveDirectory check often indicate that the SysVolCheck test failed but once i'm executing a manuel check on my monitoring tools, the test is OK.I don't know why it appear oftenly in failed, I'm executing the dcdiag remotely from an Ubuntu VM with WinRM and Kerberos.If you have some ideas on how I can fix that or if this is a something normal.

    Corrupted system files may be the possible reason why you received the error code 1012 dc. To efficiently assist you, we'd like to gather more information:

    • What specific task are you trying to do?
    • When did you get error code 1012 dc?

    In the meantime, if you're trying to install update, we suggest that you follow the steps in this
    article on how to troubleshoot Windows Update issues. It will let you choose which version of Windows you are experiencing
    the problem and try performing the instructions provided.

    First of all nice utility, Mindweaver!
    Second of all, it's so nice to see that this section ain't dead.

    I have a few questions/suggestions, maybe you'd want to see ...
    • maybe you rename Get Folder button caption to something more intuitive? Add Folder, Get Folder Size, Check Folder Size or something like that?
    • Could you add subfolder files to the right pane? (it can be a tickbox with include sub dirs)
    • maybe you also add export list to excel?
    • there's delete file button maybe you add delete folder button too?
    • and finally maybe you can add UP button for directories?
