Windows 10: Active Directory Replication Status Tool 1.1 Download page offers wrong file version

Hi, the 1.1 version of the Active Directory Replication Status Tool is supposed to be available here: Download Active Directory Replication Status Tool from Official Microsoft Download Center However the adreplstatusInstaller.msi is actually version 1.0. So there is no way to obtain version 1.1.

Active Directory Replication Status Tool (ADREPLSTATUS) has expired, 2022-07-01

The Active Directory Replication Status Tool (ADREPLSTATUS) expired on July 1, 2022 and is no longer functional. I understand from past posts that this happens periodically and Microsoft needs to publish an updated version of the tool with a newer expiration date. I cannot find any way to reach someone to let them know this has expired so I'm posting it here. Automatic file replication of downloaded files

Whenever I download a file to my Download directory, or attempt to open a file already in my Download directory, it starts to copy itself over and over constantly. The only way I can get it to stop is to attempt to click on the "x" in the tab that keeps
popping up in my window showing the replication. The visual representation is a window with the tab for the Download file then a new tab immediately opens as the file is replicated. The new tab closes, switching back to the original tab which immediately opens
a new tab show the file being replicated again, and continues this process until I am lucky enough to capture the replicating tab at just the right moment to capture the "x" to stop it.

I have had as many as 100+ replications occur for a single file, each new one showing that it is a copy of the previous file with the suffix "(1)" after the filename. Thus after a few replications the original file [file.pdf for exam[le] would show up as
additional files file.pdf(1), file.pdf(1)(1), file.pdf(1)(1)(1) ... ad infinitum.

I noticed this happening after the latest Windows 10 update a few days ago, but I cannot swear it is a result of that update. I have run a full system scan with Norton Security and found no problems other than some tracking cookies.

Any ideas?
