Windows 10: active directory users, some users freeze after open some setting menu.

In my office have 28 Windows 11 Pro 23H2 22631.3880and 1 Windows Server 2022 Standard 21H2 20348.2582in windows server have ADDS Active Directory Domain ServiceI create my own domain and user for employee in my office, 26 userchange dns to my server and join domain every pc.some user 4 user when logon and open setting like printer, windows update, taskbar setting. Setting will freeze and kill it self.I try login my user so every look find, I can open setting and click update, or config everything in setting.Still freeze if login with some user.And some pc if login with freeze user is ok

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.

 

Setting up a Logon Script through Active Directory Users and Computers in Windows Server 2016 r2

I have Server 2012 r2 and some 100 users are connected to my domain, I need to push a login script through Active Directory Users and Computers in Windows Server 2016 r2 to all the user's machine (Windows7 & Windows 10). Please suggest me steps to do this.

 

Active Directory user reset in every time

Hi

In my office, we use many windows 10 IOT installed PCs in Active Directory environment. The problem is when we going to login using Active Directory users following message is appeared and all user settings are wipe out and empty user account loaded.





I can list out some of the settings below

• Desktop picture set to the default one with the Windows logo
• Pinned taskbar shortcuts gone
• Internet Explorer Home page and other bookmarks
• All accounts in Chrome gone
• Custom regional settings gone
• Installed keyboard layouts gone
• Custom in-house applications shortcuts and settings are gone

I can reconfigure all settings again but those settings wipe out and empty profile loaded when next restart or power on happened. I tried couple of solutions emphasis in some forums including changing registry value
(HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList) but nothing gave sufficient solution.

The only solution is create new Active Directory user and configure settings in that user. But it is not better solution because we have over 500 AD users and unable to manage and create new users every time. Please give me some better solution for this
hampering problem. If there any question let me know.
