Windows 10: Active failure windows 10

Currently, I use Windows 10 Home with no active. I was purcharse a key Windows 10 Pro, after that I aplly this for Windows 10 Home. The first time, It's notify valid and upgrade to Windows 10 Pro but in upgrade processing it have problem and notify beacuse interrupt my network. After that I install product key again but it notify invalid key.How can I solve this problem?

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
